HimHive is operated by Capybuilt LLC. We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are intimate items, we follow strict hygiene rules on returns. Please read this policy before you buy.

30-day returns for unopened items

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. To start a return, email care@himhive.co with your order number. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Opened or used items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate products that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to send faulty items back unless we ask you to.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns of unopened items, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover all costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the unopened item and place a new order.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return rules above apply.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 14 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. If an order is lost in transit, we will reship it or refund you in full.
